th, water clearing and dropping.

th, Peter Robinson, 4 pound grilse from Carr Head and a 20 pound fish.

th, a one foot lift of water level today with colour.

th, another foot lift overnight, a high pressure system on the way.

th, a 6 pound fish on the fly for Robin Melley in the Quarry pool. Water height ten inches and clear with a slight tint.

th, a couple of good salmon lost at Beaumont the last few days. Water now clear and at summer height, bright skies and high pressure settling in.

David Richens, an 8 pound fish from the Quarry Pool on a Boyo fly, then fishing nymphs, one good sea trout, brown trout and a grayling (time to buy a lottery ticket me thinks!)

nd, a few new fish showing early doors along with some off the tide sea trout.

rd, slight lift in water level with rain overnight.

th, more heavy rain due for the next few days of the Atlantic.

th, three foot and coloured, very big tides on the way the next few days. With the forecast showing bands of rain coming through on the 28th and 29th, it will curtail any fishing prospects until the beginning of October by the look of it.
